Rock and Worship

Last night we got to take the youth group to the Rock and Worship Roadshow and it was so AWESOME! Lilah and Collin went to stay with friends but Parker came along and I was glad to see he had an amazing time. We got to see Anthem Lights (a new band that was full of energy and great with the crowd. I fell in love.), The Afters (Im not a big fan of them but they had great stories to tell), Matt Maher (this was Bryans favorite and I must say the guy sounds just like he does on the radio), Thousand Foot Krutch (I could not understand a word they were saying but they put on an awesome show and had the fans going CRAZY) Jars of Clay (I was really looking forward to these guys but they didnt do one song that I was in love with), MercyMe (the whole reason for going and they did not disappoint) We had the BEST seats, right next to the stage. Our youth group had a great turn out and it was fun to rock out for the night and worship God!
