Stop Growing Please

Yesterday I took Lilah shopping.  She was so excited because I told her she was in charge and could pick out whatever she liked.  I had rules to this but with Lilah I dont really have to worry too much.  She had so much fun picking through everything and telling me what she liked and didnt like.  Staring at herself in the mirror while she tried each piece on.  My favorite was when she looked in the mirror and said, "Oh I love this.  Its so comfy!!"  Thats my child, all about comfy!!!  This morning she was excited to go to school in her new clothes!  She has been very much into the lip gloss now too.  While we were singing loud in the car she stops and goes "Hey mom do you like my eyebrows today?  I smoothed them down with water and your brush ;)"  Haha!  "Yes Lilah they look perfect!!" I just think she is so beautiful and I love having my funny little lady as my girl.  I pray she grows to love herself and who she is!!  It scares me to think this is just the beginning of being a girl for her.  Soon we will probably go shopping and she will tell me how much she hates everything on her and it will be a headache.  For now I will keep tellling her to Stop Growing Please and enjoy every minute!
