With a Loaded Gun

One of my goals this year is to kill a turkey.  We are new to this turkey business so we went out last night to scout around.  We were trying to find a place where we could set up in the morning time.  We left the house around 7pm, drove up about an half hour, parked the car, and started walking into the woods.  Bryan had a backpack with some turkey finding stuff and a knife.  I had my shotgun with 3 bullets in it.  Ok so if you havent done this before.  The woods are scary at night!!!  I mean scary!!!  I was freaking out.  It was light when we went in but the sun quickly went down.  By the time we made it back to the truck it was pretty dark out.  I felt like I was being watched.  I cant believe hunters go out in this ALONE.  Creepy!  Bryan said Im the only person he knows that would be scared out in the woods with a loaded gun in my hands!!!  haha!!  Thats me alright!  Hopefully Im not so scared in the morning before the sun rises ;)

I took these pictures at the end of the scout.  Dark out!  But it was also very pretty.
